| Customer Reviews: Very handy! May 13, 2010 ruby chacon (swall meadows, ca United States) I purchased this bag to augment my osprey day pack so i could have easy access to camera and binocs that wouldn't fit in the waistbelt pockets. The osprey grab bag did a great job of keeping items accessible in one, neat, package. i didn't have the strap slippage problem that was mentioned and the bag rides comfortably across the front. it's easy to hook and unhook and was never in the way, even when scrambling up and down over rockfalls.
i'm happy with this product and plan to use it often.
Does the job, and suprisingly comfortable January 6, 2010 Richard Nance (Atlanta, GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I own an Osprey Aether 70, which doesn't have any pockets on the hipbelt. This was my only complaint about an otherwise wonderful pack..I bought a grab bag, which connects to my pack at the front of your body, so it sits in front of you while hiking. It has two pockets which will hold more than any pocket on any backpack out there..so it has plenty of room to store your snacks, cigars, gels,etc...its so comfortable sitting against your stomach you sometimes forget it's even there..but anyhow, you can also disconnect it and use it as a shoulder bag for those away from basecamp adventures in the backcountry...
