Shade July 22, 2010 Bryant23 Ordered this online for about $140. The metal underframing appears sturdier than most other ones I have seen at softball tournaments. However the legs only have one hole to set the height of the tent whereas most others have at least three, not a huge deal just thought it was worth mentioning. All in all the tent is fine but the day after I ordered it I was in our local Wal-mart and found that they offered a 10x10 canopy for $100 (I would be just as happy with it). I just searched their site and they are offering a 12x12 for $84 would definetly save the dollars and go with the cheaper canopy. Just not that much difference for the extra dollars.
Bogus Warranty - no parts July 20, 2010 S. White Our club purchased two. Used each twice. Standing side by side, one frame broke under rain water. No wind mind you - just water that puddled on the canopy.
A call to Swiss Gear/Wenger revealed that there are no replacement parts available and that the advertised 10 year warranty excludes any kind of weather - like what else do you need these for.
Very disatisfied - and we are out $100+ on this piece of junk.
Quick setup-great canopy! July 18, 2010 kic Setup is quick and easy. Good quality, sturdy canopy provided great shade at the beach.
Really good Canopy Tent July 16, 2010 I. M. American (Georgia, USA) This is not a pop up canopy but the frame is good and strong and the canopy is heat reflecting. It goes up very easy and the case that holds it has wheels and is easy to maneuver. I recommend this canpy tent to anyone that wants a solid product that works as advertised.
Disappointed. July 15, 2010 Jeremy Turner 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
So my last canopy died catastrophically in the wind. I was looking for a sturdier model to replace it. I picked this model largely on the reviews it received.
So far, the product I've used seems very different than the product in the reviews. The first time I set up the canopy, a lower leg section came free of the frame. Though it was an easy fix, it wasn't what I was hoping for out of a brand new product. Now, after about a week of casual use, there's a kink in one of the roof struts.
While I realize that $130 isn't a tremendous amount, I certainly expected to get more than a couple weeks out of a canopy. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this canopy.
